Massimo began his career in construction, managing large-scale real estate and construction programs for Fortune 500 companies including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, and Santander Bank. His engineering background provides a strong foundation for understanding building systems, structural performance, and long-term asset integrity, core strengths that continue to inform every inspection he performs. Since the early 2000s, Massimo has also been an active real estate investor and landlord, acquiring, redeveloping, and managing over 1,100 multifamily units across multiple states. He has been involved in several real estate development initiatives, including multifamily redevelopment projects and HUD-supported housing efforts. This experience gives him a unique perspective on inspections from an owner, buyer, developer, and asset-management standpoint, allowing him to deliver practical, actionable guidance to clients. Today, Massimo is the Founder and Co-Owner of Homestead Inspection Service, where he combines his technical background with advanced inspection technology to provide accurate, predictable, and analytics-ready property intelligence for buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients. He also co-owns and operates Domus Ave Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage serving MA and RI, and Sæge Immobiliare s.r.l., a real estate investment company based in Northern Italy. Massimo manages his real estate portfolio, serves on multiple boards, and holds an elected public position in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Outside of work, Massimo enjoys time with his wife, two children, and their dog. He is also a passionate wine collector, traveler, and art enthusiast.

Before dedicating himself to home inspection, he spent over 20 years as an electrical engineer with extensive, hands-on experience in testing / QA and customer support. These dual professional backgrounds are invaluable in his current role. His rigorous testing / QA experience ensures he excels at finding issues, isolating the root cause, and developing precise findings. Simultaneously, his customer service background allows him to present complex information in a way that is clear, concise, and easy for clients to understand. Today, Raj is the Co-Owner of Homestead Inspection Service, where he seamlessly combines his technical expertise with advanced inspection technology, committed to providing the best inspection service the industry has to offer. Outside of work, Raj enjoys spending time with his family and their cat, hiking on local trails, and relaxing on the beach.

Tong Su is a licensed Associate Home Inspector with over 20 years of professional experience in architecture and urban design. His career has taken him across China, Canada, and the United States due to family relocation, where he has contributed to a wide range of projects, from super high-rise complexes to commercial buildings. With a solid background in architectural design, Tong has developed a strong passion for the home inspection industry. He has extensive experience in American residential design and is highly skilled in code analysis, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Understanding that safety is the top priority in any home, Tong is committed to identifying potential issues and providing homeowners with professional, thorough inspections. Tong is a LEED Accredited Professional and firmly believes in creating healthy homes that support families, foster sustainable communities, and contribute to a better built environment. Xu “Rush” Luo brings a strong analytical mindset and a disciplined, process-driven approach to residential inspections. With a background in Logistics and Process Engineering, Rush supports inspections by methodically evaluating home systems, documenting conditions, and assisting lead inspectors in producing clear, data-driven reports.
